Lucas Daley the issue that you referenced is not necessarily an issue. The automation went through, just not enough time was given.

Gil Golan: The issue I have is when a form is submitted, inbound adds them to a deal, but doesn't create a contact record for them.
In deals, sending an email as a deal automation requires this contact, so the automation doesn't work because inbound hasn't created a new contact.
It's been 24 hours since the form was submitted, deal has been created, but no contact record.
(forgive the clumsy explanation)

Lucas Daley: When there's an issue, you can always check the automation log. See attached screenshot. Looks like the email used was unsubscribed.
