Funnel Templates Error - stuck in Cloning mode

When I try to create a funnel from a template it gets stuck in a cloning mode. I have tried to create two different ones and it has been "cloning" for days.

I am also having this issue. The funnels show up on the iOS app, but still show as cloning on desktop after 24 hours of initiating the template import. Screenshot attached.
