No filter for chatbot conversations

I have a chatbot in one of my websites in InstaSites. I have multiple users added to be part of the chat support team. I gave them custom access to conversation. These are: assigned, support, and assigned inbox. Then I logged in my dummy chat support account to see how it works but unfortunately, it doesn't show anything. Now, I tried giving it a permission of ALL & FULL ACCESS, now the conversations appear on my dummy account, but the problem is that all the conversations that I have with other clients appear as well which is something that must never happen. Please fix this bug, chatbots are very important for a website to give fast inquiries to the potential customers. Every second matters. Thank you for all your hard work!
