I am trying to resubmit my A2P 10DLC Brand and Campaign registration for my sub-account, but I am locked in an application interface loop due to a system error.
Every time I fill out the corrected registration details and click the blue "Resubmit" / "Submit" button, the dashboard throws a generic popup window reading: "Something went wrong" with no further error codes, contextual instructions, or submission logs.
Troubleshooting Already Performed on My End:
Cleared browser cache, cookies, and local session storage.
Attempted the resubmission via a fresh Google Chrome Incognito/Private window.
Swapped out all special text characters and hyphens to prevent payload validation breaks.
The issue persists across all browsers. It appears that the submission action is failing to execute the backend API data fetch required to pass the payload to the carrier registry, causing the frontend UI block.
Could you please have a technical developer review my sub-account logs, manually clear the stuck registration state on your end, or allow me a fresh form bypass so my updated tax profile can be pushed through to vetting?
