Not allowing to scan for optimizations in listings

Associated business in the Forms tab under Projects is showing a different client/business; confirmed that the service was purchased for and is currently active under Pacifica Dental, but Forms tab shows the associated business is McKnight Cleaning (please refer to screenshot); possibly a UI bug

Every time I click on the website tab under my projects, the dashboard crashes.
