Feature Requests

Hey guys, why can DashClicks Pro users not customize emails like the one that is being sent to the client upon sub-account creation? "Account Invite Hey XXX, XXX from XXX has invited you to create a free account for your new sales, marketing and automations platform. Enjoy!" That would be good. In general, all emails that come from the system (for buying services, registering accounts, etc.) need to be somewhat customizable in terms of TEXT & COLORS to have a more individual branding. Add this feature please!

To actually automate a lead -> client process we need more automation features for the deal pipelines. The only options we have is "set a time delay" What we need: 1) if interacted --> move stage 2) if not interacted --> move to other pipeline 3) if clicked a link --> move stage 4) contact lead on specific date (birthday, special events)

Add more features into the automation options. E.g.: If a person interacted with email/sms --> move to next stage; if a person clicked a link --> move to another pipeline. There are so many tweaks to be made, your features are nice but they are fairly incomplete or don't work at all (talking about phone numbers, deal automations) For 199$ charge/month you should step up the game a little and get your dev's DEVVIN :)

In Ontario, Canada we have to show GST/HST as a separate line item. Even being able to manually add the tax % into each product would be beneficial. Now we're having to do invoicing outside the platform.

admin should be able to restrict access for features depending on the plan of the user so we can upsell them

I'm logged into Dashclicks all day to run the company. However when a live potential client/current customer fills out the chat, there is no live notification. It would be best, if a popup appeared or a text or an email or a red bell with a sound. Otherwise my team is having to check the "conversations" tab all day.

Please add email notifications when someone started or replied to a conversation.

The whole point of having employees is for them to do the work, admin level should be able to create and onboard and set up new sub-accounts (clients)

I am a UK based agency, recently signed up to Dashclicks for fulfilment services. I am keen to use some of the white label case studies on my website but they are all US written for example, spellings with a Z such as Optimization, Personalization etc and the prices are in dollars, obviously we'd need them in GBP £. I am requesting some materials suitable for use in the UK market.
