Just an idea.. something like this will make me pivot my agency towards "affiliates" 100%

Affilates... 20% comm instead of 40%.(can be more or less.. just ballpark figures).. but within each business / agency we onboard also get a 5-10% commission on all fullfilment sales...and all sub-account sales...
