Having reputation management would be great. Even if not a stand alone fulfillment service, at least as a part of the listings fulfillment service. Or if you didn't want to add as a fulfillment service, integrate a way for the clients to see the reviews from the different listing sites and respond to them from within Dash Clicks.

With my other company I use LoyaltyLoop. It sends out weekly feedback surveys and they get added to our website directly after i review them and google reviews. Maybe a possible integration?
