Hi, I understand that you have an AI support system; however, I feel like it would be amazing if you could have real-person support 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, When i am trying to organise fulfilment, it takes about 48–72 hours to get matters resolved because of the time difference. I'm just saying that because you offer this worldwide, it should have world wide time zone support. Your team has been great so far. But when your client wants to know something and i need to have a proper conversation with your team, it becomes very time-consuming, and this will make it hard on this side of the world to keep customers happy.
