Since DashClicks offers white-label services for Agencies, it would help to have 24 hour support since Agencies are in different timezones and often work during non-business hours. Otherwise, work is literally put on hold and cannot begin. It's good that someone answers the phone but, I called last night and asked for a 7:00 am call for today (I'm in California, PST) and still didn't get a call back. Thank you for considering this.
