Using this new live chat communication method for all clients and all issues has proven to be very difficult to keep up with everything. The Conversations need to have some sort of way to organize or title them. I have to look through every separate conversation to find the message I am looking for because all I see is "thank you", "noted" or "relayed to team". I cannot keep track of any of my conversations and messages are getting lost easily.
