At the moment you can only upload CSV leads to a sub accounts pipeline. But I would like to be able to upload leads privately to individual sales reps pipelines.

At the moment you can work around this by creating specific pipelines and then setting an automation to change owners. But it would just be much cleaner and efficient to be able to select a specific owner to upload the leads to.

Also at the moment if company has 15 sales reps. You have to create 15 pipelines that everybody can still see. And also everybody still has the ability to make universal setting changes to every pipelines automations which can cause confusion if a sales rep accidentally goes into the wrong pipeline to make changes.
