Hi DashClicks Support, I tried exporting my contacts (leads) today, but when I clicked to download the file, I got an XML error instead. The message says: “The specified key does not exist” and references this file: people-2025-05-16-19-24-26.csv Could you help me figure out what went wrong and how to get the file? Thanks,

I have tried exporting my contacts, it returns a XML error. The system send me a notification that I can now download the list and when I click the link same thing happens, same XML error page. I can't even get a team member to export my list...
