Sub Accounts Issue with emails, analytics and conversations.
When we purchased listings subscription for one sub account, it populated a new account for some reason. Now we are trying to set up email automation and anaytics with listings manager and google my business, it wont let us . Pleas help. Thanks Maryam

Sub Account Duplicated
Another "bug" I have waited over 3 months and still no resolution. A customer bought a website and cannot even view on their sub-account and I cannot get it resolved. SOOO DISAPPOINTED IN DASHCLICKS. This is the pic my customer sends me asking "where is the website I payed for 3 months ago?" Thanks Dashclicks for fooling me into using you platform that you clearly do not have the resources to maintain customer support

Client Unable to Accept Invitation for Sub-account
Sub-account acceptance invitation email Button links to a Malware Threat infected page that is blocked by Antivirus software. And page cannot be reached.

Adding new user (both main and sub-account)
When adding a new user you can chose to hide or restrict every app, except for the Sites App. It would be nice to be able to hide that app from certain users.

General-Users access to company branding
General users of sub-accounts are able to change universal settings on the sub-accounts crm. Such business profile and company branding. I don't want sales reps and file processors to have access to universal settings that only the admin should have access to. Also when inviting a new user you are able to restrict and hide access to all apps, except the sites app. Is there a way you can fix this to hide the sites app? Would be really important for certain clients.

Unable to Access Sub-Accounts
I am unable to access any of my sub-accounts from the agency dashboard. After searching for them in the searchbar and clicking the name, it just takes me to a 404 page saying that it can't be found. I also have a demo account sub-account that I set-up that I am also unable to login to, even after resetting the password. This all worked fine until the update on 4/19.

sub-account owner email not updating
Go to Sub-accts> owner's email gear icon, update owners email, (change the email) then press Update. Green message says it was "updated successfully", but it doesn't change email shown even when refreshed.

When I try to reinstate the Instasite for DR-NDT I get a "validation error".

Client Subscription not showing
My client Somerset Court is not listed in my subscriptions list. I reached out to my account rep and they didn't see it on their end either. Service for the client has continued. It was a Dashclicks 1.0 client that got converted to the new dashboard. They have SEO services. Thanks, -Adam

When my sub accounts are logged in...
I noticed that when I login as one of my sub accounts that the reputation app has some bugs: I seem to only be able to add their google reviews - I can't get to the facebook input. When I click + to add an account it tells me that I have to unlock that feature, however there is no option (or directions) to do so. When I click the "request review", it sends them to a Base Funnel review - not their business.
